Vicky Boehler
Owner
Vicky centers her life on enriching children’s lives. She is currently employed at Tiffin City Schools as a Title I Reading Teacher. She was a former kindergarten and pre-school teacher. Vicky is certified to teach K-8 and enjoys all age levels. Before teaching, she was an Administrative Manager at Greif Bros. Vicky graduated from Tiffin University with a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Science.
She is excited to open a dance studio with her daughters and looks forward to sharing the love of dance and education with others. “I love working with kids and making a difference. Opening my own studio is a way for me to give back to the community, especially those who don’t have the opportunity my daughters had. I can’t wait for this new adventure to begin!”
Brooklyn Honaker
Instructor
Brooklyn had 14 years of training in Ballet, Modern and Jazz. She has over 10 years of teaching and choreographing experience. At On Pointe, she teaches Pre-Ballet, Ballet, Cheer, and Hip Hop/Jazz Combo.
She obtained her BBA in Managerial Studies from Tiffin University in 2013 and obtained her MBA in Human Resources from Tiffin University in 2015. She currently works in the Registration and Records office at Tiffin University as a Coordinator.
Brooklyn is ecstatic to teach dance again and fill her life with more joy. “As a dance instructor, seeing the joy of student’s progression and their desire to dance is fulfilling. I want to continue to instill a passion of dance to the youth.”
Kaitlyn Boehler
Instructor
Kaitlyn trained for 15 years in ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop and tap. She has eight years of experience teaching and choreographing. Kaitlyn also performed and trained on Tiffin University’s dance team and competition team for three years. At On Pointe, she teaches Tumble, Hip Hop/Jazz Combo, Contemporary, Tap, Ballet/Tap Combo, and co-teaches the upper levels of ballet.
Kaitlyn earned a BA in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from Tiffin University in 2017 and an MBA in Marketing from Tiffin University in 2019. Kaitlyn worked as a Public Relations Coordinator for several years before pursuing her teaching license. Now, she's a sixth grade Reading teacher at Tiffin City Schools.
She is thrilled to make her dream come true; to work closely with students and share her passion. “There was a void in my dance career after high school, and I realized how much I needed to dance. I can never be done with dance; I’ll always have to be in a studio."
